Hi "ARE YOU SAD" Visitors,
It is only early September, but it is already dark when I get up in the morning. Really, I guess that is normal because nearly every day I am wakening at 5:30 to get ready for work. Well, this year I decided to act! I have started to use my SAD light already! I have it set to the light alarm only so that when I wake up it is on, and my room is lighted instead of totally dark. I think this makes it easier to get out of bed, and helps me start the day in a better mood. Let me know what you think of the idea. Have you started using your light already this year?
